Our hotel consists of 7 single rooms and 12 doubles, some of which can take an extra bed for triple occupancy. Double rooms can also be used for single occupancy if all the single rooms are sold out, or if you request a larger room.
All singles and doubles in the Economy and Comfort ranges have balconies.
Although the double rooms in the Standard range do not have balconies, all of these rooms enjoy a wonderful view to the south. Our sunny hotel terrace lies below these rooms and offer a pleasant place for relaxation.

All our room rates are per room/night and include our continental breakfast buffet.
The local tax is charged separately and is currently € 3,50 per adult/day and € 1,50 per day for children aged 6-15 years.

All our single rooms are equipped with shower, lavatory, satellite-TV and balcony with view to the Classic Area / Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Located in the 1st or in the 2nd floor.

These rooms are our smallest and cheapest rooms. All rooms are equipped with shower, lavatory, satellite-TV and balcony with view to the Classic Area / Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Double room standard
Our standard rooms are all located in the 1st floor and are equipped with shower, lavatory and satellite-TV.
These rooms do not have a balcony but a fantastic view to the mountains and the meadows.

Double room comfort
Our most spacious rooms, all located in the 2nd floor. They are equipped with shower, lavatory, satellite-TV and balcony with view to the mountains (partly southside / partly direction Classic Area / Garmisch-Partenkirchen).
Some of these rooms also do have a pull-out sofa and can be occupied with 3 guests.
