A beautiful surrounding area-directly in front of the hotel! You will find Hiking-trails, bike-routes, or walking-pathes within 1 minute! The great thing is, having no traffic coming through our village, because the road ends at the Eibsee, but still being close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which is in a distance of a 10 minute drive by car!

Our village has been awarded to the numbe 3 of all f the villages in upper Bavaria a couple of years ago!
